Welcome to LuxeV Collections LLC (“LuxeV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made directly through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read our separate Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy as well.

1. Our products

We offer luxury and designer items, including vintage and preowned pieces. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, an item is preowned and may show age, wear, repairs, alterations, or other characteristics described or shown in the listing. Please review the complete description, photos, measurements, condition notes, and list of included accessories before ordering. Colors and appearance can vary slightly by screen or lighting. Contact us before ordering if you need more information about an item.

Product listings identify what is included with the purchase. Boxes, dust bags, straps, cards, receipts, and certificates are included only when expressly stated. Any authentication documentation included with an item will be described in its listing. LuxeV is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the designer brands shown on this website unless expressly stated.

2. Prices, orders, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. An item placed in a cart is not reserved until an order is accepted. We may contact you to verify order details and may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Payment must be made through the methods offered at checkout or otherwise expressly approved by us. Do not send payment through an unapproved method or to an account not confirmed by LuxeV.

3. Layaway and payment plans

Layaway or installment arrangements are available only when we expressly agree to them for a specific item. The written terms provided for that arrangement, including its payment schedule, any grace period, cancellation terms, and shipping date, apply in addition to these Terms. An item on layaway will be shipped after the required payments are completed, subject to the written arrangement and applicable law. If these Terms conflict with a specific written layaway agreement, that agreement controls for that purchase.

4. Final sale; problems with an order

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or other buyer preferences. Please review the listing and ask questions before purchasing.

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or materially different from its description, contact us promptly at AllinLuxurybyVielle@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. See our separate Return Policy for more information.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping costs, available services, and any estimated delivery information are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will ship within the stated time frame or, when no time frame is stated, within the time required by applicable law. If we cannot ship when promised, we will provide any required notice and the choice to consent to a delay or receive a refund for the unshipped order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after shipment. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem or a package arrives damaged so we can review the circumstances and assist with any available carrier claim or other appropriate resolution. 6. Website use

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use the website lawfully. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for fraudulent purposes. We may restrict access or cancel orders associated with misuse, subject to applicable law.

7. Website content and brand names

Our original website text, photographs, graphics, and LuxeV branding belong to us or are used with permission. You may view them for personal shopping purposes, but may not copy or commercially reuse them without permission. Designer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the items offered for resale.

8. Third-party services and privacy

Our website may use third-party services for checkout, payment processing, shipping, and other functions, and may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep listings and website information accurate and the website available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by website interruptions or third-party service outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version presented when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms for future use.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
